What is SECR?

Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting, formally a requirement for large businesses but now mandatory for certain MATs.

The Government have asked that you report on energy to increase awareness of energy costs within organisations, provide them with data to inform adoption of energy efficiency measure and to help them reduce their impact on climate change. They also seek to provide greater transparency for stakeholders.
